The Roots – Longboard Loft NYC

This is NYC. We’re all about getting from A to B and having a good time doing it. Let me show you where I came from. This video was taken during a nice little 30-mile trip I took with some buddies from downtown Indianapolis up to Carmel, one of Indy’s northern suburbs, and back. We weren’t doing it for any reason other than that we loved to skate. Not much has changed for me, except that now I get to do it in the greatest city in the world on the daily, and I have hundreds of skaters around me pushing me to the next level. These are my boys Garrett and Gavin and I doing our thang. A little personal history lesson and a flashback that gives me a smile. Enjoy!

Oh, and by the way, there’s a sweet new pump deck on the RatRod Wall. It’s a Rayne Timeline with a 4.3 Bennett and 105mm Seismic ST, custom bushings, 78a Retro Zigzags, Bones Super Reds, and Khiro Angled Risers. Done how it’s supposed to be. Get on the pump wagon.
